Lawn Maintenance: 

Lawn Maintenance: Regular lawn maintenance includes a number of services. We understand that each yard is different, which is why we set up a specialized care plan designed for your grass and soil. If you’re looking to revitalize your lawn with some lush, green grass, we are happy to provide that for you. If you simply need your grass cut on a regular basis, we can set up a cutting schedule that works best for you and your lawn.

Grass Cutting: 

Grass Cutting: Our commercial Toro mowers get the job done with excellence and ease! Our mowers include a 58in blade Toro “Z Master”, a 48in blade Toro “Timecutter”, and a 30in blade Toro “Turfmaster”. Each mower is cleaned and maintained daily, along with freshly sharpened blades each week! We will bag grass if your yard is overgrown or covered with debris. We offer regular bagging and mowing patterns upon request 

Aeration & Seeding:

Aeration & Seeding: Need some green in your lawn? We provide core aeration (pulling plugs from the soil), and follow with a heavy seeding. Our seed is a tall fescue and Kentucky blue brass mix guaranteed to have green sprouting from every inch of your lawn! This can be done in the spring (April-May) or fall (September-October), or both!

Pressure Washing: 

Pressure Washing: Our commercial power washing machines can make your house, patio, deck, or sidewalk as clean and shiny as it should be. Whether its moss and algae on your brick foundation, or dirt on your siding and gutters; we have the tools and experience to make it look new again. 

Weeding:

Weeding: Weeds growing between your grass is the most common challenge faced while trying to maintain a pure grass lawn. There are two different ways to prevent common weed types. We can apply a liquid weed killer and pre-emergent before aeration and seeding. This will kill and any all weeds in your yard without harming any actual grass, leaving room for new grass seed to sprout. Another option is to till the yard, removing everything other than soil, and applying a heavy seeding. This is a more drastic approach, but will give you a fresh new lawn.

Trimming & Gardening:

Trimming & Gardening: Most plants and bushes need to be trimmed, typically 2-4 times a year. The first trimming should be done in the spring. Our Spring Clean Up package includes trimming of all trees and shrubbery, the first mow of the season, and any weeding and mulch needed for your flower beds (optional). For those of you looking to create a beautiful garden, shrub, or flower bed…we have the expertise needed to help you create your dream outdoor space, at a price that can’t be beaten. 

Landscaping: 

Retaining Walls: A truly unique and beautiful yard needs more than just a mulch or flower bed. Bricks and retaining walls can provide variety and elegance to your yard, while also being useful! They prevent the erosion of mulch and soil, which is a critical component of sustaining a healthy garden while ultimately improving the overall look of your yard!

Leaf Removal: 

Leaf Removal: Any healthy lawn comes with the task of clearing leaves from it. Around mid-autumn, we substitute routine grass cutting for leaf removal, unless additional mowing is needed. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clean-ups. Letting leaves sit on your grass any longer than this is not recommended, but we can still get the job done! If you do not have a designated area on your property to keep collected leaves, we can gather them up and haul them away for you!

Lawn Treatments: 

Fertilization & Lime: Having the correct nutrients is a crucial step in keeping your yard healthy and green. Regularly applying fertilizer will help keep your grass growing strong. Your lawn should be fertilized when seeding is done, and should be re-applied throughout the season. Using the correct mix of fertilizer and lime gives your grass the extra boost it needs to keep growing green and reducing moss. TIP: It is important to not over-fertilize your grass if you are applying it yourself. Applying too much fertilizer can damage your yard and prevent grass from growing in the future. We are able to test your soil to see exactly what fertilizer mix is best for your lawn. We can provide new soil with the proper nutrient balance if your current soil is the reason for an unsatisfactory lawn. 

Mulching & Graveling:

Mulching & Graveling: Fresh mulch is a must-have to make any flower bed look spring and summer-time ready. We bring only the highest quality mulch, which will provide moisture for your plants while keeping your beds colorful and beautiful. You can choose from select designer colors of dyed brown, black, red, cherry pine, or even natural hardwood mulch. All organic, and all guaranteed to provide that desired contrast it takes to make your yard stand out. Not sure which mulch is the best match for your house? We can help with that too!

Gravel and natural rocks/stones can also be an alternative to mulch depending on your desired look. Natural river rocks look great in your flower beds and walkways, or around your mailbox and AC units. We can also re-gravel driveways with your choice of material. For example, Crush N’ Run provides a great stable foundation for any driveway without eroding in the future. There are many different types of designer gravel and stones to choose from that will enhance the look of your yard and driveway.
